CURRENT / NEW CONSTRUCTION
A 2,400-square-foot new build designed for a tradesman, combining a first-floor garage and business shop with 12-foot ceilings and second-floor living space. The project includes demolition of the existing structure, a new Nudura ICF foundation, and a 400-amp electrical service. Currently in the framing stage, this build brings work and home together under one roof.
COMPLETED / NEW CONSTRUCTION
A 400-square-foot accessory dwelling unit in Tunbridge, built from the ground up. We handled every aspect of the project from start to finish, creating a compact home with natural wood siding, a metal roof, and large windows that bring in plenty of daylight.
COMPLETED / RENOVATION
A full gut renovation in Warren, rebuilding the home from the inside out. The work included a new foundation beneath part of the building, drainage improvements and site work, all new windows and doors, and complete replacement of the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, followed by new interior finishes.
COMPLETED
A 22-by-32-foot garage build in Barre, Vermont, with our scope covering framing, roofing, siding, exterior trim, and window and door installation. Green siding, white trim, and wood-look overhead doors give the finished exterior a clean, classic look.
